SChandPhysicsClass9pdf SChandPhysicsClass9pdf During the course of the semester, students are expected to learn about Newtonian physics. There are 9 labs in total throughout the course, including one lab for each class. This document is made up of all nine labs, with student handouts and solutions available for download. It can be used for lectures or discussions during our class time. The following lab activities are designed to reinforce key concepts that relate to Newtonian Physics. Basically, it is to enable the students to relate the theory of physics with practical demonstrations. Observation plays an important role in this activity. This is the place where students can learn to explore, discover and understand various conceptual physics related problems through their own experience. Students are required to develop a common set of core understanding in terms of formulating a theory or a model for further enhancement and development. This activity is aimed at developing the skills in getting information from situations which have been encountered before. Student's own experiences, prior knowledge and previous learning may be helpful in this activity. For this activity, it is important that student will be able to understand the concept of force and its influence on matter via doing some experiments themselves. They are required to observe the effects of various forces on different objects by themselves. And if necessary, they can ask for more information. In this activity, student should be able to observe the motion of various objects under various influence. In this activity students will learn about Newton's law of motion and the relationship between mass and force. They will also understand the concept of acceleration. This activity can be conducted by students themselves by observing different models from different angles to see how the action takes place in natural environment. Mechanics is a branch of physics that studies the behavior of matter at a microscopic level, where gravity plays a strong role in determining motion. In this activity, for reaching a clear understanding of Newton's Laws, students should explain their own theory for motion. They should also be able to explain the way movement of objects take place in different conditions. In this activity, students will be required to conduct a series of experiments and observe the effects of various forces on different objects. Explanation should give a clear understanding for how matter behaves under different conditions. Students will also learn about different forces and their effect on matter. This activity is aimed at developing the analytical skills of the student in dealing with situations which have been encountered before. In this activity student will be required to observe the motion of objects under various influences such as gravity, magnetic force, etc.. cfa1e77820
